Q) Are you accepting New Patients?

A) Yes we always accept new patients!

Q) What are your hours?

A) Our hours are:

Monday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Wednesday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Friday 8:30am to 2:00pm
Saturday Closed
Sunday Closed

Q) Do you direct bill?

A) No, not at this time. However, we do submit your claim electronically on your behalf, which normally results in faster processing. Please contact our office to discuss your financial needs.

Q) Will my insurance pay for everything?

A) This entirely depends on your insurance coverage. Please contact our office at (403) 262-9455 for a complimentary consultation and assessment of your current insurance coverage. We can also do a pre-determination to find out what your portion of the final amount will be.We bill your insurance as a courtesy. If insurance does not pay within 90 days, Gulf Canada Square Dental reserves the right to request payment in full for services from you and let you collect the insurance funds that are due to you. This is rare but it is important that you recognize that the insurance you have is a legal contract between YOU and YOUR insurance company. Our office is not, and cannot be, a part of the legal contract. Ultimately, you are responsible for all charges incurred in our office.

Q) I would like to just get my teeth cleaned (I am not a regular patient).

Q) Do you take children in your practice?

A) Yes! We are more than happy to see your entire family!

Q) Do you take American Express?

A) No we do not accept American Express for payment, however, we do accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card. For existing patients with established credit history, we do take post dated cheques or credit card payments over 3 months.

GCSD Cancellation Policy

At Gulf Canada Square Dental due to a continuous high demand for “prime appointment times” we require a minimum of 1 business days notice per appointment should you require to reschedule your appointment. Your appointment time is valuable time that your Doctor has specifically reserved for you and we appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
